Collaborating ski schools:Skimore Drammen, Skimore Kongsberg and Skimore Oslo collaborate on a ski school. Skimore Kongsberg is particularly suitable for beginners. The reason for this is that Skimore Kongsberg has a separate area, with its own hill, which is suitable for beginners. The area has its own lift and rolling pavement. That is a complete area for teaching beginners.If you are a beginner, we strongly recommend the ski school in Kongsberg ski centre. After a double lesson in Skimore Kongsberg you will get a far better experience than a ski instructor lessons in Drammen.
You can also through Skimore Oslo participate in Masters training for old skiing heroes who want to drive gates again. The training takes place in Oslo and Kongsberg. Suddenly you are competing with an old friend or perhaps with one of our "retired" alpine stars
Learning:Beyond pure skiing skills, there is a lot else you will learn. You learn, among other things, where you should stop on the ground and pay attention to others, crossing trails etc. This is extremely important to reduce the chance of ending up in an accident.

For everyone on snowboards, there is only 1 student per class. instructor.
On alpine skiing, there is only 1 student per class. instructor for all beginners and for anyone under the age of 8.
If you are experienced, on skis and over 8 years old, you can be several students per instructor. It costs NOK extra. NOK 390 for 45 minutes and NOK 490 for 90 minutes in addition to the price for the first student.
Tips for children in ski school:It can be nice and pleasant to talk to the child about the ski school a few days before the child goes to the ski school. Is there something in particular the child wants to learn? Is there anything special that the ski instructors should tell you about the child?Everything takes much longer than most people think. Children are subject to stress. That's why it's a good idea to have plenty of extra time when you're going to ski school. Time for a good breakfast. Time to get dressed and transport yourself at a leisurely pace. Good time to rent skis (there can be long queues). Time to orientate yourself in the ski resort, time to go to the toilet etc. A calm start makes it even more likely that your child will enjoy the ski school☺The statement that there is no such thing as bad weather, but only bad clothing applies to the highest degree for children in the ski school. The ski school takes place as long as the slopes and lifts are open. We are lucky that the lifts and slopes in our ski resorts are in relatively sheltered areas. It therefore takes a lot more for the weather to stop us from being outside. On the contrary, it is good for the child to learn that it is fine to be outside, even if it is cold, windy or raining.If you have questions, information or if you want to hire equipment, we will gladly take this at the first meeting, so arrive well in advance of the class.So that the child does not have divided attention, we recommend in most cases that the guardian is not closely present during the course. Attendance:If you have equipment that you are absolutely sure is OK, you should be ready at least 15 minutes before the class starts. If you do not have equipment, you must be at the ski center at least 30 minutes before the ski school starts.
